Strategic Planning: Develop and implement commercial strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's overall objectives and market dynamics.

Sales and Business Development: Lead sales and business development teams to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and clients.

Marketing Development: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and develop strategies to capitalize on market dynamics.

Cross Function: Align the main objectives through Sales, Marketing, Supply chain managers.

Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, pricing optimization, and cross-selling/up-selling initiatives.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Team Leadership: Provide leadership, direction, and support to sales, marketing, and business development teams, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and innovation.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity, and take corrective actions as needed to achieve targets and objectives.

Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies, and mitigate commercial risks effectively.

Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present regular reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required.MBA Holder is a big plus.15 – 20 years of experience in business development, with 3-5 years as a Commercial Manager.Strong leadership and team-building skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Results-OrientedProven ability to develop and implement commercial strategies.Excellent English language & Computer skills
