Customer Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Customer Account Manager with a mechanical engineering background. The ideal candidate will manage key customer accounts, ensure satisfaction, and drive business growth by effectively aligning client needs with the company's solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand client technical requirements and ensure proper communication with internal engineering and production teams.
- Provide pre- and post-sales support, including technical advice, quotations, and issue resolution.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to sales targets.
- Collaborate with the commercial, technical, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular account status reports and performance metrics.


- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is a must.- 4–5 years of experience in major industrial or manufacturing companies.- Strong knowledge of technical sales, client servicing, and B2B relationship management.- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM systems, and technical documentation tools.- French language proficiency is a strong plus.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.- Preferred Personality Traits:- Customer-oriented with a proactive attitude.- Analytical thinker with attention to detail.- Team player with leadership potential.
