Job Brief:

Responsible for overseeing Enterprise customer onboarding and efficiently guide customer journey to increase the customer lifetime value & satisfaction. Also, responsible for creating CVM strategies that hits business targets including tenure, revenue and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve customer value management targets.
• Enhance existing CVM framework and develop new strategies of real-time cross/up sell through micro-segmentation approach.
• Process big data to analyze customers behaviors and utilize in campaign management.
• Synchronize AI machine learning based models to enrich micro segmentation & better targeting (Right message, through Right Channel, at Right Time, to Right Audience).
• Build customer journey by closely working with all stakeholders and guarantee that all stages are covered with the proper campaign module.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting for CVM KPIs.
• Monitor CVM campaigns, evaluate through A/B testing and control groups, and suggest rectifying actions when needed.
• Ensure a multi-channel campaign management.
• Leverage data and insights from various internal and external sources to identify opportunities of customer value maximization.
• Responsible for the campaign management & RTDM systems performance and automating all campaigns.
• Introduce new communication channels with highly proven response rate.
• Explore new revenue streams.
• Data Gathering and Analysis: Collect and organize relevant data from internal and external sources. Analyze and interpret the data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used for reporting purposes.
• Report Preparation: Prepare comprehensive and accurate reports based on the analyzed data. Ensure that the reports are structured clearly and concisely, presenting the information in a format that is easy to understand by stakeholders.
