•Ensure that inventory level of each product at each location is at optimized level at daily basis in line with company plan.
•Be responsible for following the proper shipping/ receiving policy: Wholesale routes, delivery timetables check-in and inspection, etc.
•Ensure that inventory level of each product at each location is at optimized level.
•Prepare orders and follow up till arrival to Port.
•Prepare Specification sheet for each products model to be ordered.
•Prepare costing sheets of new ordered shipments.
•Place orders, specifications provided by retail, fleet, and traders departments.
•Daily sales operations, which are receiving sales files, getting contracts & customs letters to handle to customs representative.
Skills
•B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Operation Management, logistics, or any Related Business Fields.
•Minimum 1-3 Years of Experience; Automotive experience is a plus.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
