We are looking for an experienced IT QA Manager to join our team at a non-profit organization based in Amman, Jordan. As an IT QA Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process for all IT projects and ensuring that our software applications and systems meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for IT projects.
2. Define and document quality standards for software development and implementation.
3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality assurance activities are integrated into the software development lifecycle.
4. Plan and execute test cases to identify bugs, defects, and performance issues.
5. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to resolve software quality issues.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in IT quality assurance management.
2. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
3. Experience in developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
