Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a passion for AI and ML technologies. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and deliver innovative products that meet market needs and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and AI/ML teams to develop product specifications and ensure technical feasibility.
Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze competitive landscapes to inform product decisions.
Prioritize features, set development timelines, and manage the product backlog.
Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and make data-driven decisions to drive product improvements.
Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role, preferably in an AI/ML-focused company.
Strong technical background with an understanding of software development processes and AI/ML concepts.
Excellent project management skills, with experience using Agile methodologies.
Ability to translate technical requirements into business objectives and vice versa.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications:
