Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained in the store.
- Proactively acknowledge, greet and assist customers in the store
- Merchandise, restock and maintain sales floor as per Brand standards
- Responsible for effective replenishment
- Responsible for maintaining fitting room standards
- Multi-skilled in cashiering, sales floor, customer handling and back-store
- Never say "No" to customer
Required Qualification & Work Experience
- 12th Class / Graduation
- 2 years of experience in handling customer relations
