The IT QA Manager will be responsible for managing the quality assurance activities for our Non-Profit Organization based in Amman, Jordan. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience and a maximum of 5 years experience in IT QA management.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement quality assurance strategies and plans for our IT projects.
- Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts to ensure the quality of software applications.
- Manage a team of QA analysts and engineers to successfully deliver high-quality products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of the QA process.
Preferred Candidate:
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
- Experience in managing and leading a QA team.
