  • Provide technical support and expertise during the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to understand client needs and design tailored technical solutions.
  • Create the technical and commercial proposals and assist in the creation of presentations.
  • Work with technical teams to design feasible solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and provide insights to sales and other teams.
  • Oversee the entire bid process to ensure timely and high-standard submissions.
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for bid submissions.
  • Prepare and compile all required documents, ensuring they meet client requirements.
  • Ensure all bid submissions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Use pricing tables and models to determine competitive and profitable pricing for bids.
  • Monitor vendors and governmental portals to track and identify published tenders related to the business.
  • Monitor the submitted bids' status and maintain accurate submissions and outcomes records.
  • Analyze bid outcomes to identify improvement areas and implement best practices.


Skills

  • 2-3 years in in pre-sales, bid management, or a related role

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple bids and projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in bid submissions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and contact centers is a plus.
  • Understanding of legal, regulatory, and client requirements for bid submissions.
