Finance Manager

Position Overview:

The financial manager is responsible for overseeing the accounting team and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of all accounting operations. This role involves managing financial reporting, budget preparation and finishing, IFRS and implementing effective financial controls. The financial manager wills also mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare management reports -Sales, Purchase, Budget & Financial accounting.
• Develop and update the annual budgets.
• Prepare the analysis report budget vs. actual.
• Update cash flow budget.
• Annual and Interim FS's.
• GL analysis and TB closing.
• Financial reports and analysis.
• Meet the External Audit requirements.
• Develop & Update The P&P.
• Re-evaluate internal control procedures.
• Develop the strategic direction financially for the company.
• Manage the financial team.
• Prepare all required reports for the management board.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or any related field.
• CMA or equivalent financial certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, with 2 years at least in an administrative role.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
