Job Brief
Support commercial to development and launch of innovative fiber, GSM (postpaid, prepaid, hybrid), 5G, 4G (TDD and FDD), digital, and mobile app products. This role capable professional with a strong understanding of the telecommunications market and digital landscape to drive product success and deliver exceptional customer experiences
Key Responsibilities
- Translate commercial requirements into detailed technical specifications, identifying necessary business rules to optimize the customer journey for new products/services.
- Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios to verify successful implementation of business requirements according to product development standards.
- Develop and execute product roadmaps for fiber, GSM, 5G, 4G, digital, and mobile app products.
- Define product requirements and specifications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer journey.
- Lead product development initiatives through the Scrum framework, including new product development, feature enhancements, and commercial campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, IT, marketing, sales) to ensure successful product launch and lifecycle management.
- Drive product innovation, digital transformation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for enhancement.
- Foster a culture of innovation, customer-centricity, and teamwork.
- Manage relationships with CBS and external partners to drive new product development and integrations.
- Provide leadership and support for project teams, including problem-solving and issue resolution.
- Analyze current end-to-end customer journey through different lifecycle stages to define the gaps and the actions required to enhance the whole customer experience
- Provide workarounds for any problems that arise during the planning/ implementation of any project
- Lead integration between Umniah and other external entities for commercial purposes in coordination with internal stakeholders using scrum framework
