•Acts as principal contact between the Parts Department and both retail and fleet customers for the sale of parts.

•Provide customer satisfaction and maximize dealership sales of parts.

•Solicit customer/service advisor and answer questions as appropriate.

•Prepare special orders.

•List and price out on both Repair Orders and Counter Tickets.

•Provide necessary information for special and emergency orders to direct manager if part is not in stock.

•Maintain customer backorder file.

•Help maintain parts catalogues, price schedule, and other technical information and bulletins.

•Follow-up with the customer on special orders.

•Inform customers of discounted parts numbers and campaigns to enhance sales.

•Work closely with customer to identify necessary parts for repairs and maintenance

•Stay updated on automotive parts and accessories through product catalogs and educational opportunities


Outdoor Sales:

•Perform Regular visits to the market and customers

•Provide insight about prices in the market

Conduct collection activities for the sales.

  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills..
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
