Job Title:Â Sales Representative (Scientific Background - Aesthetics Field with Social Media Marketing Experience)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative with a strong background in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field and prior experience in the aesthetics industry. In addition to sales expertise, the ideal candidate should possess social media marketing experience to help grow our brand’s digital presence while driving product sales. Candidates must also provide references to validate their previous sales performance and experience in the aesthetics field. Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
• Promote and sell a range of aesthetic products, including cosmetic fillers, injectables, and skincare products, to dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic clinics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while identifying new business opportunities.
• Leverage your scientific background to provide clients with expert knowledge on product features, benefits, and applications.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations for healthcare professionals, explaining the science behind the products.
• Meet or exceed sales targets, managing the entire sales process from prospecting to deal closure.
Social Media Marketing
- Develop and execute a social media strategy to promote aesthetic products across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content (posts, videos, stories) that highlights product benefits, industry trends, and client success stories.
- Collaborate with influencers, clinics, and professionals in the aesthetics field to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continually improve digital campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust marketing strategies to optimize engagement and conversion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales within the aesthetics or medical industry.
- Experience in social media marketing, with a proven ability to manage social media campaigns, create engaging content, and grow online followings.
- References of previous sales performance and experience in the aesthetics or medical industry.
- In-depth knowledge of aesthetic products such as fillers, skincare solutions, and medical devices.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex scientific concepts in a clear and relatable manner.
- Track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Experience with social media platforms and marketing tools (e.g., Instagram, Facebook Ads, Canva).
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and events.
