Our Client is looking for a Technical Senior Director with strong background in technology leadership, a proven track record of driving innovation, managing technical teams, and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
The Director will conduct the analysis, planning, design, implementation, documentation, assessment, governance, and management of the structural and decision-making framework to align IT strategy, plans, and systems with the mission, goals, structure, and processes of the company. In addition the director will provide leadership, direction, and hands-on execution capability to our software development and technical operation.
Responsibilities:
Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed below:
- Technical Expertise Across Domains: Proficiency in infrastructure management, cloud services, cybersecurity, software, and platforms development. The leader must stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in these areas to guide the technology department effectively.
- Translating Business to Technical: Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. This involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure that technology solutions align with business goals and deliver value.
- Strategic Planning and Road mapping: Developing comprehensive plans and roadmaps for the technology department that align with the organization's strategic objectives. This includes setting short- term and long-term goals, prioritizing projects, and allocating resources efficiently.
- Team Management and Leadership: Leading, managing, and mentoring diverse technical teams, ensuring high performance, continuous learning, and career development. The leader must foster a collaborative culture that encourages innovation and excellence.
- Negotiation and Vendor Management: Strong negotiation skills to work with vendors, partners, and other external parties. This includes negotiating contracts, managing relationships, and ensuring that vendors deliver services and products that meet the company's standards and needs.

Skills/Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Broad Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, and platform development. Familiarity with current technologies and best practices in these areas is crucial.
- Strategic Thinking and Planning Ability: Experience in strategic planning, developing technical roadmaps, and executing projects that align with business objectives.
- Leadership and Team Management: Proven track record in leading technical teams, mentoring staff, and creating a productive and positive work environment.
- Business Acumen and Communication: Ability to understand business models and strategies, communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Negotiation and Vendor Management Skills: Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing vendor relationships, contracts, and performance.
- Adaptability and Problem-Solving: The capacity to adapt to changing business and technology landscapes and solve complex problems through innovative solutions.
- 15+ Years Minimum experience in TELCO IT services management field, with Mobile VAS/content services
- Have startup experience, particularly with X-Telecom, and a strong IT background
