- University degree in a relevant subject, such as human rights law, refugee law, humanitarian affairs, migration, international relations and/or international development.

- Master’s degree in a relevant subject, such as human rights law, refugee law, humanitarian affairs, migration, international relations and/or international development.

Work experience
|
- 4 years’ experience in Case Management programming working with refugees in a (host community/urban) humanitarian setting (in the Middle East).
- 3 years experience in managing teams.
- Experience in partnership and capacity strengthening.

- Experience in project management
- Experience in managing cash programs.
|
Languages
|
- Strong working knowledge of English and Arabic (spoken and written).
|

IT
|
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office programs, in particular Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and managing data on a large scale.

- Knowledge of humanitarian principles, Sphere and other international humanitarian guidelines and protocols.

- Expertise in establishing successful relationships with local partners and authorities, including referral pathways, MoUs, capacity building and other collaborative partnerships
