Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Software Sales Specialist to expand our ERP solutions in the Middle East, focusing on markets in Qatar, KSA, Jordan, Kuwait, and other potential regions. This role primarily involves cold calling, lead generation, qualifying prospects, and collaborating with ERP consultants to ensure lead conversions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in software sales, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets, and strong relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· - Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calls to generate interest in ERP solutions and identify prospects.
· - Lead Qualification & Conversion: Assess lead quality, qualify prospects, and manage a pipeline to ensure leads meet pre-defined criteria for further engagement.
· - Follow-Up & Relationship Management: Regularly follow up with leads, address inquiries, and nurture relationships to build trust and rapport.
· - Collaborate with ERP Consultants: Share qualified leads with ERP consultants, ensuring a seamless handover for consultative sales and product demonstrations.
· - Market Expansion: Actively engage in prospecting activities to expand the ERP software footprint in target regions, keeping abreast of regional market trends.
· - Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
· - Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights into lead generation activities and outcomes.
Mandatory Skills & Requirements:
· - Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in software sales, ideally with a focus on ERP or enterprise solutions.
· - Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in generating leads and converting leads to qualified prospects.
· - Communication Skills: Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
· - Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using Microsoft 365, Excel, and CRM software to manage and track sales activities.
· - Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze lead quality, identify key decision-makers, and use CRM data for strategic planning.
· - Proven Track Record: Consistent performance in achieving or surpassing sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
· - Experience in sales within the Middle East market.
· - Knowledge of ERP systems/or related accounting software and industry trends.
