Scope of Work:
- Integrate various data sets from multiple sources, including databases, APIs, and flat files, into PowerBI to create comprehensive and accurate data models.
- Design and develop interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards in PowerBI, ensuring data is presented in a clear and actionable manner.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations and insights.
- Optimize PowerBI reports and dashboards for performance, ensuring quick data refreshes and efficient load times.
- Maintain and update existing PowerBI reports and dashboards as needed, incorporating new data sources and requirements.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing data validation, cleansing, and transformation tasks before integrating into PowerBI.
- Develop and maintain PowerBI datasets, dataflows, and data models to support reporting and analytics needs.
- Create and manage PowerBI workspaces, sharing reports and dashboards with appropriate user groups and managing permissions.
- Stay updated on the latest PowerBI features and best practices, incorporating new functionalities into reports and dashboards as appropriate.
- Provide training and support to end-users on PowerBI functionalities and best practices for data visualization and analysis.
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure seamless integration of data sources and efficient data flow into PowerBI.
- Document PowerBI solutions, including data sources, data models, and report designs, to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.
- Assist in data analysis and interpretation helping stakeholders make data-driven decisions based on PowerBI insights.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data visualization and reporting processes**, suggesting enhancements to tools, processes, and methodologies.
