About Us:
TYD Studio is the first hot yoga studio in Amman, centrally located in Abdoun. We aim to build a warm and connected community of likeminded people, offering a range of workouts, as well as workshops, retreats and talks. We pride ourselves on providing a serene, airy, and minimalist environment for our guests to practice yoga and mindfulness.
Job Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and check in guests for classes.
- Handle phone and in-person bookings and inquiries.
- Assist guests with information about classes, memberships, and merchandise.
- Ensure smooth and efficient front desk operations.
- Support studio events and promotions.
Growth Opportunity: This position can grow into a managerial role, with additional responsibilities including:
- Overseeing day-to-day studio operations.
- Scheduling and coordinating instructor timetables.
- Managing inventory for food and drink offerings.
- Handling social media management and marketing efforts.

Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience required (receptionist, assistant, sales, events, etc.)
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Warm and personable character

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours as outlined below
Working Hours:
Sunday to Wednesday: 8 AM - 1 PM and 5.30 PM - 9 PM
Thursday: 8 AM - 1 PM
Saturday: 9 AM - 2 PM, 6 PM - 10 PM
