Education, Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience among which at least 6 years in managerial position
- Proven experience in aftersales management in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to develop and implement effective aftersales strategies.
