As part of our ongoing commitment to operational excellence, we are seeking a skilled Female Purchasing Manager to oversee and manage our procurement operations, ensuring cost-effective and efficient purchasing strategies to support our growing business.

Role Overview; Purchasing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the acquisition of materials, supplies, and equipment necessary for production, in addition to managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining inventory levels. They analyze market trends, ensure cost-effective purchasing, and collaborate with other departments to meet production demands.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for raw materials, machinery, and supplies.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms.
• Monitor inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment without overstocking.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and align purchasing strategies.
• Manage and control purchasing budgets, seeking cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Continuously improve purchasing processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and cost reduction.
• Implement and enforce sustainable sourcing practices in line with environmental and regulatory requirements.
• ensure that all purchasing activities align with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 focuses on maintaining consistent quality, customer satisfaction, and continual improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager up to 8 years or in a similar role within the industrial sector.
• Practical experience in organizations that are ISO 9001:2015 certified.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Familiarity with procurement software SAB and supply chain management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering.
