Job Responsibilities

  • Receive, assess, and document customer project requests.
  • Coordinate project follow-up with the Sales representative, ensuring adherence to prioritization criteria.
  • Work with internal teams to identify solutions and gather necessary information to meet customer requirements.
  • Provide clients with product pricing, technical details, and samples.
  • Finalize pricing for sales, communicate the agreed-upon prices, and input offers into the system.
  • Update customer information in the system and notify relevant teams of any changes.
  • Offer secretarial and administrative assistance to the Commercial Director and the team.
  • Plan and coordinate events and conferences as required, managing all logistics involved.
  • Handle inquiries and requests for information, directing them to the appropriate team members or resolving them independently.
  • Organize meetings and appointments to ensure efficient calendar management.
  • Oversee office reception, greet visitors, and manage the dispatch and receipt of mail and parcels.
  • Monitor office supplies, placing orders as needed to maintain adequate stock.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to ensure proper operation of office equipment and address any technical issues.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with strong experience in administrative and office management tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required. French is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a willingness to learn and contribute.
