Role Overview

As a Life Insurance Sales Agent, you’ll be a key player in driving our growth by building lasting client relationships and introducing our tailored life insurance solutions to prospective customers. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the sales pipeline, engage potential clients through various channels, and meet sales targets. If you’re skilled at understanding clients’ needs and motivated by the opportunity to make an impact, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and Target Leads: Engage with prospects through cold calls, networking, and meetings to build a robust client base.
  • Present Insurance Solutions: Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients’ financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
  • Build Client Relationships: Develop strong, positive relationships with clients, fostering trust and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed individual sales targets on a monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the sales team to refine strategies, improve the customer experience, and drive growth.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and best practices in life insurance sales.

Who You Are

  • Experienced Sales Professional: 1-3 years in successful sales, preferably in life insurance.
  • Relationship-Builder: You excel at building trust and positive relationships with clients.
  • Goal-Oriented: You’re motivated by achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's growth.
  • Skilled Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to adapt to clients’ needs.
  • Proactive and Organized: You’re highly organized, attentive to detail, and capable of managing a sales pipeline.
  • Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new tools, whether for data entry, customer relationship management, or communication.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a car.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
