- Certifications: PMP, ITIL, Prince2 (preferred).
- Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).Â
Sales Manager – FMCG Distribution
Sales Manager responsible for FMCG distribution across Modern Trade, General Trade, Cash Van, and Wholesale channels, ensuring sales growth, market expansion, and strong customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and annual plans across all channels.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and expand market coverage.
- Manage trade marketing, pricing, and promotional activities to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Monitor daily operations and ensure optimal stock levels, route efficiency, and coverage performance.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess execution, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 12-14 years of progressive experience in FMCG sales, including 5+ years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience managing multiple channels: Modern Trade, General Trade, Cash Van, and Wholesale.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel across regions.
