Summary:
Hammoudeh Food Industries is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and oversee the company’s quality management systems. The role ensures that all products meet regulatory standards, customer expectations, and internal compliance requirements across all production lines.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Quality Department, ensuring full implementation of quality systems and procedures.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs across all stages of production.
- Oversee laboratory operations, product testing, and verification of raw materials and finished goods.
- Ensure compliance with national and international food safety standards (ISO, HACCP, GMP).
- Conduct internal audits, prepare reports, and lead corrective and preventive action plans.
- Collaborate with Production, Maintenance to maintain product consistency and resolve quality issues.
- Monitor hygiene, sanitation practices, and overall plant quality performance.
- Train and support staff on quality procedures and best practices.
- Lead investigations related to customer complaints and implement improvement plans.
- Ensure continuous improvement initiatives throughout all quality processes.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Food Science, or Food Processing (required).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management within food manufacturing companies.
- Proven experience in managing quality systems in dairy production is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ISO, HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations.
- Experience in managing teams and leading audits.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
