A leading major industrial company in the food sector announces its need to recruit a highly qualified professional for the position of Production Manager (Specializing in bakery mixes and ingredients)
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing efficient production schedules to meet sales forecasts and delivery deadlines while optimizing resource allocation.
- Supervising the precise formulation and mixing processes for bakery improvers and milk powder to ensure strict adherence to quality standards and food safety protocols (HACCP/GMP)
- Leading, mentoring, and evaluating the production team to enhance technical competency and operational discipline
- Implementing continuous improvement strategies and coordinating with the maintenance department to minimize machine downtime and reduce material waste
- Enforcing rigorous health, safety, and hygiene regulations across the facility to ensure a safe working environment
- Monitoring raw material inventory levels and generating detailed performance reports for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-6 years of hands-on experience in the food manufacturing industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Specific Expertise: Proven track record in dry blending technology, powder mixing, and bakery improvers formulation is a mandatory requirement.
