Roles & Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans across the GCC region.
- Client Management: Build strong client relationships and deliver customized tech solutions.
- Presentations & Demos: Conduct bilingual presentations and product demos.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities via calls, emails, and events.
- Proposals & Quotes: Prepare proposals, quotations, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Project Briefing: Handover confirmed projects and brief internal teams accordingly.
- Negotiation & Closure: Lead negotiations and secure deals aligned with targets.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams.
- Reporting: Maintain CRM records and analyze sales performance.
- Product Awareness: Stay updated on interactive tech trends (training provided).
Skills
Language & Communication:
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken, written, and read).
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills for client-facing situations.
Sales & Business Development:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage client relationships.
- Comfortable preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Tech & Product Knowledge:
- Interest in or experience with interactive technology, embedded systems, AR/VR, or immersive solutions (training provided if needed).
- Comfortable learning technical concepts and explaining them to clients.
Relocation & Adaptability:
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai and work onsite.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements and flexible work hours.
