الغرض من الوظيفة
قيادة وتنسيق جميع أنشطة الإنشاء في الموقع لمشروع توسعة حمض الكبريتيك، مع التأكد من تنفيذ العمل بأمان، ضمن الجدول الزمني، وفي الميزانية، وبمعايير الجودة المطلوبة.
المسؤوليات الأساسية
- تطوير وتنفيذ خطة تنفيذ البناء في الموقع بما يتماشى مع الجدول العام للمشروع.
- الإشراف وتوجيه جميع مشرفي الموقع والمهندسين وفرق المقاولين الفرعيين، مع ضمان تخصيص الموارد بكفاءة.
- متابعة التقدم اليومي، وتحديد الاختناقات، واتخاذ إجراءات تصحيحية للحفاظ على مخطط المشروع.
- فرض الالتزام الصارم بلوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة عبر جميع عمليات الموقع.
- التنسيق مع مدير المشروع وفريق الهندسة وممثلي العميل لحل القضايا التقنية وقضايا الواجهة.
- إدارة لوجستيات الموقع، بما في ذلك مناولة المواد، تجهيز المعدات، والمرافق المؤقتة.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير التقدم اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية إلى مكتب إدارة المشروع.
- قيادة اجتماعات الموقع وضمان التواصل الواضح بين جميع أصحاب المصلحة.
Job Purpose
To lead and coordinate all on‑site construction activities for the sulfuric acid expansion project, ensuring that work is executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the site construction execution plan in alignment with the overall project schedule.
- Supervise and direct all site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractor teams, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Monitor daily progress, identify bottlenecks, and take corrective actions to maintain the project timeline.
- Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations across all site operations.
- Coordinate with the project manager, engineering team, and client representatives to resolve technical and interface issues.
- Manage site logistics, including material handling, equipment staging, and temporary facilities.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to the project management office.
- Lead site meetings and ensure clear communication among all stakeholders.
