تبحث شركة أدوية عالمية رائدة عن مدير مشارك – المالية / المراقب المالي لدور قيادي رفيع المستوى مسؤول عن الإشراف على عمليات قسم المالية الأمريكية عن بُعد مع الإقامة في عمّان، الأردن. يضمن الدور سلامة التقارير المالية، والضوابط الداخلية القوية، والامتثال التنظيمي، والعمليات المالية الفعالة لأنشطة الشركة الأمريكية.
يلعب هذا المنصب دوراً حاسماً في الشراكة مع أصحاب المصلحة المقيمين في الولايات المتحدة، وقيادة فريق من 9 محترفين ماليين، ودعم الأهداف الاستراتيجية والتشغيلية والامتثال للشركة بما يتوافق مع معايير الشركات المدرجة وصناعة الأدوية.
المسؤوليات:
1. الرقابة المالية والتقارير
الإشراف على إعداد التقارير المالية الشامل لأنشطة الولايات المتحدة، مع ضمان الدقة والكمال والالتزام بالمواعيد وفقاً للIFRS وسياسات الشركة الداخلية.
إدارة عمليات الإغلاق الشهرية والفصلية والسنوية للكيانات الأمريكية.
مراجعة واعتماد التسويات في الميزانية العمومية، وأ Entries اليومية، والتحليلات المالية.
ضمان الامتثال في إطار الضوابط الداخلية ومعايير التدقيق.
2. القيادة وإدارة الأشخاص
قيادة وتطوير وإدارة فريق من 9 محترفين ماليين يغطي وظائف المحاسبة والتقارير والرقابة.
وضع أهداف واضحة وتوقعات الأداء وخطط التطوير لأعضاء الفريق.
تعزيز ثقافة أداء عالية مع المساءلة القوية والتعاون والتحسين المستمر.
ضمان توزيع عبء العمل بشكل فعال وتخطيط الخلافة ضمن الفريق.
3. عمليات الولايات المتحدة والشراكة التجارية
الخدمة كأداة مالية رئيسية لقادة الأعمال والمساهمين الماليين المقيمين في الولايات المتحدة.
تقديم تحليلات مالية دقيقة، والتعليقات، والتوصيات لدعم اتخاذ القرار.
مراقبة وتحليل المؤشرات المالية الرئيسية والفروقات والاتجاهات التي تؤثر على عمليات الولايات المتحدة.
4. الامتثال والضوابط والحوكمة
ضمان حوكمة مالية قوية والالتزام بإطار الرقابة الداخلية للشركة.
الامتثال للوائح صناعة الأدوية التي تؤثر على التقارير المالية.
تنفيذ وتحسين ضوابط العمليات لتخفيف المخاطر المالية والتشغيلية.
دعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر، بما في ذلك أتمتة العمليات والتوحيد القياسي.
5. التحسين النظامي والعمليات
الإشراف على الأنظمة والأدوات المرتبطة بالمالية المستخدمة لعمليات الولايات المتحدة.
تحفيز الكفاءات في الإغلاق والتقارير وعملية التسوية.
قيادة أو دعم مبادرات تحول المالية، وتحسين الخدمات المشتركة، وترقيات الأنظمة.
المتطلبات
درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة (مطلو ب)
يفضل بشدة درجة الماجستير، CPA، CMA، ACCA، أو مؤهل مهني مكافئ
حد أدنى 12–15 عامًا من الخبرة المالية والمحاسبية التدريجيّة
خبرة مثبتة في دور مراقب أو مدير مالي أول، أو مدير مشارك
تفضيل عالي لخبرة في الصناعات الدوائية أو علوم الحياة أو التصنيع
خبرة مُثبتة في إدارة وقيادة فرق كبيرة
المهارات:
- معرفة خبرية بالتقارير المالية والضوابط الداخلية والامتثال التنظيمي
- قيادة قوية، إدارة الأشخاص، ومهارات مشاركة أصحاب المصلحة
- تحليلية ممتازة، حل مشكلات، واتخاذ قرارات

Description
A leading global pharmaceutical company is seeking an Associate Director – Finance / Financial Controller for a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing US Finance Department operations remotely while based in Amman, Jordan. The role ensures the integrity of financial reporting, strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, and effective financial operations for the company's US business.
This position plays a critical role in partnering with US-based stakeholders, leading a team of 9 finance professionals, and supporting the company's strategic, operational, and compliance objectives in line with public company and pharmaceutical industry standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Financial control & reporting
Oversee end-to-end financial reporting for US operations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in accordance with IFRS, and internal company policies.
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for US entities.
Review and approve balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and financial analyses.
Ensure compliance within internal controls and audit standards.
2. Leadership & people management
Lead, develop, and manage a team of 9 finance professionals covering accounting, reporting, and control functions.
Set clear objectives, performance expectations, and development plans for team members.
Foster a high-performance culture with strong accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Ensure effective workload distribution and succession planning within the team.
3. US operations & business partnership
Serve as a primary finance partner to US-based business leaders and finance stakeholders.
Provide insightful financial analysis, commentary, and recommendations to support decision-making.
Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, variances, and trends impacting US operations.
4. Compliance, controls & governance
Ensure strong financial governance and adherence to the company's internal control framework.
Maintain compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations affecting financial reporting.
Implement and enhance process controls to mitigate financial and operational risks.
Support continuous improvement initiatives, including process automation and standardization.
5. Systems & process improvement
Oversee finance-related systems and reporting tools used for US operations.
Drive efficiencies in close, reporting, and reconciliation processes.
Lead or support finance transformation initiatives, shared services optimization, and system upgrades.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
Master’s degree, CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is strongly preferred
Minimum 12–15 years of progressive finance and accounting experience
Proven experience in a controller, senior finance manager, or associate director role
Experience within pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or manufacturing is highly preferred
Demonstrated experience managing and leading big teams
Skills:
- Expert knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance
