المسؤوليات
قيادة وإدارة دورة حياة المشاريع الاستراتيجية من البداية إلى الإتمام الناجح.
تحديد نطاق المشروع وأهدافه وت deliverables ومعايير النجاح بالتعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة.
إنشاء والحفاظ على خطط مشروع شاملة، بما في ذلك الجداول الزمنية والميزانيات وتخصيص الموارد.
تنسيق والتعاون مع فرق متعددة الوظائف لضمان التنفيذ الفعال للمشروع والتسليم.
مراقبة تقدم المشروع، وتحديد المخاطر والمشكلات واحتوائها، واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الحاجة.
إعداد وتقديم تقارير حالة المشروع المنتظمة للإدارة العليا وأصحاب المصلحة.
ضمان الالتزام بمنهجيات إدارة المشاريع والمعايير وأفضل الممارسات.
تسهيل التواصل والتعاون بين أعضاء فريق المشروع وأصحاب المصلحة.
المراقبة المستمرة وتقييم أداء المشروع وتنفيذ التحسينات عند الحاجة.
المتطلبات
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة، إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذو صلة.
خبرة 3+ سنوات في إدارة المشاريع، ويفضل في القطاع المصرفي أو الخدمات المالية.
معرفة قوية وخبرة في منهجيات وأدوات إدارة المشاريع.
يفضَّل وجود شهادة في إدارة المشاريع (PMP).
قدرة مثبتة على قيادة وإدارة مشاريع بأحجام وتنوعات مختلفة بنجاح.
مهارات تواصل وعلاقات شخصية ممتازة، مع القدرة على المشاركة والتأثير على أصحاب المصلحة على جميع المستويات.
سجل حافل في تسليم المشاريع ضمن النطاق والميزانية والجدول الزمني.
قدرات تحليلية وحل مشكلات واتخاذ قرارات قوية.
القدرة على العمل بشكل جيد تحت الضغط وإدارة أولويات متعددة.
الكفاءة في Microsoft Project أو غيره من برامج إدارة المشاريع.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic projects, from initiation to successful completion.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution and delivery.
Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks and issues, and take corrective actions as necessary.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance and implement improvements as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Strong knowledge and experience in project management methodologies and tools.
A certification in project management (PMP) is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and manage projects of varying sizes and complexity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proven track record in delivering projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project or other project management software.
