.Job Summary
• To provide business operations support to Vehicle Finance team
• Assist customers (Retail & Corporate) with necessary documents & provide after sales services.
• Update deal additional information (DIM) in core banking system & arrange the file sent to archive after complete the payment & all necessary updating.
• Maintain quality and compliance management
• As a backup for all operational work & customer services issues.
Key Accountabilities
• Customer service & interactions.
• DIM update, Archiving & all VF Ops related assigned tasks.
• Daily business activity (Amendment /Blocking Release/ Insurance/Postponement / early settlement/ issuance of obligation letter / plate number change letter / Customs letter).
• Compliance to Vehicle Release process & procedures (Corporate & Retail).
• Preparing IPG for corporate customers.
• Ensure full adherence to bank policy, procedure & SOP.
• Ensure professional and ethical standards are maintained at all levels.
• Handle internal & external queries in timely & efficient manner and maintain excellent working relations with all business partners / units.
• Ensure the strict implementation of policies, instructions & circulars related to all procedures, products and services of the bank.

- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business administration, finance, economics or a related subject
