<li>Welcomes parents and schedules appointments.</li>
<li>Monitors morning arrival of students and inform parents of repeated tardiness.</li>
<li>Coordinates School Principal’s meetings with students, parents and teachers.</li>
<li>Gathers feedback about students from stage principles in preparation for meetings with parents.</li>
<li>Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.</li>
<li>Provides administrative support to the school principal.</li>
<li>Creates and modifies documents using Microsoft Office.</li>
<li>Ensure that all communications are being circulated and always on time.</li>
<li>Translates all written communications (documents/ circulars/ correspondence/ meeting minutes).</li>
<li>Maintains and updates the school principal’s timetable. .</li>
<li>Develops SOPs and forms to be used by the office.</li>
<li>Follows up on important deadlines via email & phone calls.</li>

<li>Addresses parent concerns by following up with the different departments.</li>
