<p><b>Organizational Background</b></p><p>Anera (American Near East Refugee Aid) is a non-political, non-religious international humanitarian and development organization that has worked for decades to address the development and relief needs of communities across the Middle East, including Palestine, Lebanon and Jordan. Anera delivers programs in education, health, economic development and emergency relief, working closely with local partners and communities.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Project Background</b></p><p>The Gaza Support Program provides critical humanitarian support to Palestinian patients and their accompanying family members who have been displaced from Gaza and are receiving specialized medical treatment in Jordan. The program operates across accommodation sites and partner hospitals in Amman, coordinating closely with the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO), partner medical facilities, and other service providers to ensure patients receive dignified, timely, and well-coordinated care across medical, psychosocial, and basic support components.</p><p>To strengthen the program's clinical coordination and case management capacity, Anera Jordan is seeking a consultant to serve as Medical Coordinator on a part-time basis for a period of six months.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Objective of the Consultancy</b></p><p>The objective of this consultancy is to provide specialized medical coordination and case management support to the Gaza Support Program, ensuring that all active patient cases are accurately tracked, clinically coordinated, and managed throughout their treatment journey in Jordan. <p><strong>DIMENSION OF POST</strong><br>
Reconstructive Surgery Hospital with an average of 550 admissions per year, over 1000 surgeries annually, 72 surgical beds and 126 rehabilitation beds, 2 OTs for orthopedic, maxillo-facial and plastic reconstructive surgeries, OPD with an average 550 consultations / month, physiotherapy and psychosocial department, and Antimicrobial Resistance activity (Stewardship, IPC and Micro laboratory) within the hospital.</p>
<p><strong>MAIN PRUPOSE</strong><br>
The secretary provides administrative, organizational, and communication support to both the Hospital Director and the Quality Referent. <br>
The position ensures smooth coordination of meetings, documentation, reporting, internal communication, and follow-up of operational, medical and quality-related activities.<br>
Carrying out medical data collection and entry activities into the mission database recording all relevant clinical and demographic data on patients and ensuring data quality/reliability, according to MSF protocols and maintaining confidentiality while producing the appropriate, updated documents for the medical team in order to support decision making processes. <br>
The role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, flexibility, and the ability to manage priorities across two departments.</p>

<span>We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM Business Analyst with hands-on experience delivering end-to-end Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) implementations.<br> The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and support successful ServiceNow SPM implementations.<br> 5+ years as a Business Analyst, including at least 3 years with ServiceNow.<br> Strong functional expertise in ServiceNow SPM, including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Strategic Planning, Financial Management, Scenario Planning, Roadmaps, Goals & Objectives, and Portfolio Management.<br> Experience leading discovery workshops, gathering and documenting business requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and translating business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.<br> Ability to work closely with architects and developers, support solution design, UAT, and stakeholder presentations.<br> Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging business and executive stakeholders.<br> ServiceNow SPM implementation experience is mandatory.<br> CSA and CIS-SPM certifications are highly preferred.<br></span> </div>
