<p><strong>Maintenance agent-technician</strong></p>
<p>You perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the property’s facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment for the guests.</p>
<h4>Key responsibilities:</h4>

<li>Ensure smooth functioning and maintenance of all hotel engineering systems and equipment.</li>
<li>Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen, and mechanical equipment as assigned.</li>
<li>Monitor and maintain hotel utilities including DG sets, pumps, air-conditioning systems, lighting, and water supply systems.</li>
<li>Respond promptly to maintenance requests and guest complaints related to engineering services.</li>
<li>Ensure all work is completed in accordance with hotel standards and safety procedures.</li>
<li>Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, equipment logs, and daily checklists.</li>
<li>Coordinate with external vendors and contractors whenever required.</li>
<li>Ensure energy conservation practices are followed within the department.</li>
