<li>Coordinate day-to-day recruitment activities, shortlisting, interview scheduling, and onboarding for factory staff.</li>
<li>Supervise attendance, shift rosters, leave management, and overtime tracking in coordination with production supervisors.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate maintenance of employee files, contracts, and HR records in compliance with policy and audit requirements.</li>
<li>Handle first-level employee grievances and escalate complex cases to the HR Manager.</li>
<li>Support the rollout of training programs, safety inductions, and toolbox talks for new and existing workers.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing HR reports (headcount, turnover, absenteeism) for the HR Manager.</li>
<li>Monitor compliance with disciplinary procedures and support investigations when required.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Finance/Payroll on attendance data feeding into monthly payroll processing.</li>
</ul>
<p> <strong>Qualifications</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li>
<li>4-6 years of HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of labor law and HR administrative processes.</li>

<li>Develop and implement HR strategy, policies, and annual workforce plans aligned with production and business objectives.</li>
<li>Oversee recruitment and selection for all levels, from shop-floor operators to supervisory and technical staff.</li>
<li>Own the compensation and benefits framework, including salary benchmarking, incentive schemes, and shift/overtime pay structures.</li>
<li>Ensure full compliance with labor law, occupational health and safety regulations, and industrial relations requirements.</li>
<li>Lead performance management, succession planning, and leadership development programs across departments.</li>
<li>Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and where applicable, liaison with worker representatives or unions.</li>
<li>Oversee HR budget, headcount planning, and workforce cost control in coordination with Finance.</li>
<li>Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives suited to an industrial/manufacturing workforce.</li>
<li>Report HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, time-to-hire, training hours) to senior management on a regular basis.</li>
</ul>
<p> <strong>Qualifications</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (SHRM-CP, CIPD, or equivalent) preferred.</li>
<li>8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of local labor law and occupational health & safety standards.</li>
<li>Proven experience managing HR for a multi-shift, blue-collar and white-collar mixed workforce.</li>
