We re seeking candidates who embody our values: Innovative, driven to keep learning; Caring, genuinely compassionate in their work; and Collaborative, eager to solve problems together.</p> <p> </p> <p>If you want to be part of a team that cares about impact, this is the place for you.</p> <p> </p> <p> <strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> </p> <p> <strong> </strong> </p> <ul> <li>Build and manage a 3 5-year pipeline across priority Consumer Health categories (e.g., VMS, Dermatology, Pain, GI, and C&amp;C) for MENA markets.</li> <li>Define category plays by identifying high-growth segments and whitespace opportunities based on consumer trends and competitive dynamics.</li> <li>Translate category strategies into actionable BD priorities (in-licensing, partnerships, acquisitions), ensuring alignment with regulatory feasibility and supply capabilities.</li> <li>Partner with local country brand managers and commercial teams to co-develop and validate each opportunity through:</li> <li>Pricing strategies benchmarked against competition and channel dynamics</li> <li>Bottom-up volume forecasts grounded in market-based assumptions</li> <li>Revenue and margin projections</li> <li>Ensure every BD opportunity is supported by a robust, market-backed business case. Iterate feasibility plans based on real market inputs and collaborate with Finance on challenger meetings for plan approvals.</li> <li>Identify, evaluate, and execute in-licensing, co-development, and distribution deals with global and regional partners, in collaboration with the Business Development team.</li> <li>Drive cross-functional alignment across regulatory, legal, supply chain, and finance throughout deal execution.</li> <li>Build a sustainable external partner network aligned with long-term category strategy.</li> <li>Strengthen internal capabilities across portfolio strategy, lifecycle management, commercial due diligence, forecasting, pricing strategy, and partner evaluation.</li> <li>Develop standardized tools for opportunity screening (NPV, IRR, risk-adjusted returns) and go-to-market readiness.</li> <li>Bridge the gap between BD, marketing, and sales to ensure execution excellence post-deal.</li> <li>Track pipeline health, deal conversion rates, and post-launch performance.</li> <li>Monitor forecast accuracy versus actuals and report BD impact on revenue growth and portfolio diversification.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> <strong>Qualifications:</strong> </p> <p>We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor s degree in science or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.</li> <li>6 8 years in Business Development, Marketing, and/or Commercial roles within Consumer Health, OTC, or Pharma.</li> <li>Prior experience in Consumer Health (CHC) sales and/or marketing is strongly preferred.</li> <li>Proven track record in deal-making with hands-on commercial execution exposure.</li> <li>Proficiency in market sizing using Euromonitor, IQVIA, and desk/field research methodologies.</li> <li>Strong understanding of GCC/MENA markets, including regulatory frameworks, pricing dynamics, and channel structures.</li> <li>Commercial acumen: pricing, forecasting, and P&amp;L understanding</li> <li>Strong skills in Excel, BI, and business modeling tools</li> <li>Strong understanding of IQVIA data and classification modeling</li> <li>Ability to connect strategy with in-market execution</li> <li>Stakeholder management across regional and local teams</li> <li><br></li></ul></div></section>

<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Essential Responsibilities: The designee is responsible for the overall daily safe and expeditious flow of air traffic within the designated facility control airspace in accordance with ICAO and FAA 7110.65 regulatory guidance. Rules of separation must be applied to achieve the required separation as outlined in FAA manuals and orders. This designee maintains situational awareness of the overall flow of air traffic operations at the facility assigned and is responsible for all ATC facility operations and services during their shift, as well as adherence to CRM principal application. The designee coordinates with various controllers and personnel to relay information which pertains to the aircraft and in the interest of safety of flight including emergency information. The individual is responsible for vehicles and personnel operating on the airfield. Along with controlling aircraft the designee must be able to process flight plans, and supervise approach, departure, and arrival procedures. The designee will have a full working knowledge of control tower operations and flight planning and a fundamental knowledge of RADAR/Manual approach control operations.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Graduate of an approved DoD or FAA ATC course. Eight (8) years of experience, one (1) year of experience must be from performing in a like type facility. Knowledge of ATC rules, regulations, and techniques; control tower and approach control operations. Shall hold one of the following tower certifications: FAA Control Tower Operator (CTO) certificate, FAA or AOV Credential with Tower rating, or equivalent. Ability to obtain and maintain FAA Class II Medical Certificate Ability to obtain and maintain a US CENTCOM Medical Exam Must be able to obtain/maintain a Secret Security Clearance. NOTE: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.</p><p></p></section>
