- Oversee and manage the cost accounting function across all departments.
- Develop and maintain cost accounting systems, documentation, and records.
- Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
- Conduct margin analysis and provide recommendations for cost control and reduction.
- Monitor inventory transactions and ensure accuracy in valuation and reporting.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes with cost-related data.
- Collaborate with operations and finance teams to prepare budgets and forecasts.
- Lead cost audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Assist in pricing strategies and profitability analysis.
- Train and supervise cost accounting staff or analysts if applicable.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CMA is a plus).Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a Cost Accounting Manager in manufacturing.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in SAP ERP systems and advanced Excel.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
