About the Role
We are seeking an IT Helpdesk Specialist to join our dynamic IT team and support ECC Group’s growing operations. This role will be essential in maintaining a stable and secure IT environment, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring our team can perform at its best.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide second-line technical support to end-users, addressing issues swiftly and effectively
- Monitor and maintain data centers, servers, and network performance
- Review application and server logs to identify and resolve issues
- Configure, upgrade, and maintain hardware and software to align with business objectives
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, system errors, and security risks
- Conduct diagnostic tests, backup data, and document IT processes
- Manage and maintain Veeam Backup Server, firewalls, and security protocols
- Create user accounts, manage access control, and maintain assets in Odoo
- Oversee IT purchases, monthly bills, and asset reports
- Implement security procedures to mitigate risks and ensure data integrity
- Provide basic training for staff on system admin tasks (e.g., Linux commands, troubleshooting)
- Organize assets and users in Active Directory (AD), GPO, and Google Workspace
- Monitor and maintain Zoho Workplace and shared drives

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Management & Information TechnologySelf-study certifications: UI/UX, CCNA, MCSAIT Technical Support Fundamentals (Google Certified)Communication skills (Level 2) from Today’s Newspaper Scholarship???? Experience:Minimum 4 years in IT support or administrationProven experience in troubleshooting, networking, and user support????
