  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.

  • Responsible for business development in Jordan for personal care & fine fragrances.

  • Identify, analyze & strategize new potential industrial accounts and develop strong business relationships through high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • To develop a thorough in-depth understanding of the industry, customer market segment, strategic business challenges for business development.

  • Maintain and enhance market share with existing customer base and expand current revenue streams and achieve assigned financial goals for volume, revenue and profit.

  • Growing sales within own accounts by identifying new product opportunities, negotiating contracts, providing pricing and product information to customers.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through regular follow-ups and communication.
