Job Brief:
Cyber Security product manager shall execute the product life cycle from strategic planning through customer/field requirements gathering and communicate the value proposition of the products to stakeholders, packed with a proven track record of delivering successful products or equivalent experience in Cyber Security and IT automation technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building a strategy for penetrating the B2B market along with share growth increment.
- Looking after the product and marketing management of Managed Security Services (MSS) , Security Operation Center (SOC), and Cybersecurity solutions
- Planning and driving Go-To –Market (GTM) planned activities for newly launched products.
- Managing products' profitability based on the developed business case
- Set the annual budgets – CAPEX and OPEX and targeted growth
- Capturing customer satisfaction on quarterly bases and enhancing the customer experience (CEX).
- Managing partnerships to fulfill the market and customer requirements
- Perform marketing communication campaigns
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to develop and deliver high-quality products.
- Create and manage epic level requirements and assist in story development needed for engineering teams to deliver to your acceptance criteria.
- Determine priorities of SOC/IS teams in terms of launching products
- Monthly revenue and weekly sales performance, as well as evaluating the progress on launching services and delivering projects
- Set annual CAPEX/OPEX budget, and review progress of revenues and sales targets
leadership/management:
- Manage subordinates’ learning & development requirements and ensure that it is successfully delivered and provide related feedback to the management.
- Assign roles and work load distribution, set team objectives and conduct regular informal one-on-one meetings to deliver personalized feedback and provide support to attain goals
- Conduct formal performance evaluation process for the subordinates in order to optimize workplace productivity
- Participate in the recruitment, selection, evaluation process of new employees.
- Provide guidance and delegate responsibilities to subordinates to facilitate performing different tasks to support succession planning process
- Manage subordinates' administrational requirements
- Assure that all subordinates are following Umniah’s policies and procedures and highlight any violation for the code of conduct
- Manage economic, efficient and effective budget plan and control in alignment with the department and Umniah’s strategy.
- Ensure that employees are engaged and motivated through creating a respectful and trusting relationship with them and communicating Umniah values
- Demonstrate flexibility in management by accommodating individual employee needs such as adjustable schedules or remote work options
