Agent Management and Engagement 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing agent partners, providing them with ongoing support, training, and resources to effectively promote OPC. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for agents, addressing inquiries, providing updates on programs, and resolving issues to ensure a smooth recruitment process. 
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with agent partners, ensuring alignment with OPC’s student recruitment goals. 

New Agent Development 

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new agents in target markets, ensuring they meet OPC’s standards and are well-aligned with the college’s values and objectives. 
  • Negotiate and establish agreements with new agents, focusing on win-win partnerships and mutual growth. 

Market Analysis and Strategy 

  • Analyse international student recruitment trends, market demands, and competitor activities to inform agent strategy and develop initiatives that enhance OPC’s competitive position. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement targeted campaigns and promotional activities that align with key market opportunities. 

Training and Support 

  • Develop and deliver training sessions to agent partners on OPC’s programs, admission processes, and compliance requirements to ensure quality and consistency in student recruitment. 
  • Provide agents with necessary marketing materials, updates on program changes, and access to digital resources to enable effective student engagement. 

Reporting and Data Management 

  • Track and report on agent performance metrics, application conversion rates, and enrolment outcomes. 
  • Utilize data to provide insights, track trends, and make data-driven decisions on recruitment strategies.
