Join our growing team at Al Mada Fertilizer Factory, a leading manufacturer of high-quality fertilizers based in Jordan.
Position: Export Manager
Location: Jordan – with regional/international market reach
Industry: Fertilizers / Agrochemicals / Agri-business
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute export strategies to grow global market share
- Identify and manage distributors, agents, and partnerships in target countries
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation
- Attend agricultural trade fairs and represent the brand globally
- Lead pricing, logistics coordination, and client communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales, preferably in fertilizers/agriculture
- Strong established network in Asia, Africa, and South America
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Spanish or another international language is a strong plus
- Proven record of achieving export targets and building market presence
