About the Role:
As a Vendor Account Manager, you’ll be the bridge between Hojoozat and our vendors — from onboarding event planners, Jaha venues, and photographers to ensuring smooth execution of every booking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and train new vendors on our platform.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.
- Monitor event fulfillment quality and handle post-event follow-up.
- Ensure vendor listings are complete, clear, and up to brand standard.
- Coordinate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and manage timelines.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in event planning, coordination, or related roles.
- Strong communication in English and Arabic.
- Must have a car and valid Jordanian driving license.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about the events industry.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with online platforms.
