Job Overview: LAWAZEM is looking for a skilled and strategic Product Manager to join our dynamic team.
The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
This includes working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product meets customer needs and aligns with our business goals.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of market dynamics and user experience.
Key Responsibilities: Define the product vision and develop a clear, strategic roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and product specifications.
Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on stakeholder input and business goals.
Oversee product performance by monitoring key metrics and gathering customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Engage with customers, stakeholders, and partners to validate product concepts and enhance customer satisfaction.
Lead cross-functional teams through agile processes and ceremonies to ensure effective collaboration and timely delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.
Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout the product lifecycle.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience in an Agile environment.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with product management tools and software.
Passion for technology and user experience, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
