Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Jordan. The Sales Manager will lead and manage the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and oversee the execution of sales plans to achieve revenue and business growth. The role involves maintaining key customer relationships, monitoring sales performance, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will collaborate with operations and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and drive the company’s strategic objectives.


Main Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in complex negotiations, major accounts, and contract closures.

• Ensure timely submission of Daily, Weekly, and Monthly sales reports to management.

• Ensure automation targets and CRM compliance are achieved by the sales team.

• Ensure achievement of KPIs including revenue, new business, activated wins, visits/calls, and team productivity.

• Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and budgets aligned with company objectives.


Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or cargo sales
  • Nationality: Jordanian
  • Salary: Starting 1,700 JOD
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets
