Chef de Partie 

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join a new breakfast & burnch brand in Jabal Amman, within a small, quality-focused restaurant that values artistic plating, highly creative craftsmanship, and thoughtful execution.

Responsibilities:

• Run and manage an assigned kitchen section during prep and service
• Execute dishes with strong attention to artistic plating, balance, and visual presentation
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation across all dishes
• Prepare mise en place efficiently while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and strict food safety standards
• Collaborate closely with the Head Chef on execution and daily service flow
• Assist with menu development, refinements, and creative presentation ideas
• Support and guide junior kitchen staff when needed

Requirements:

• Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional training
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
• Clean background record
• Valid health license for restaurant work
• Strong eye for detail and appreciation for creative, intentional plating
• Solid understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced but controlled environment
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
