We are looking for a Network Security Administrator with basic knowledge of VPN connections, firewall rules and flows, and interoffice and internet connectivity. The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience and will be responsible for supporting the security and reliability of our network infrastructure.

1. VPN Management
- Assist in managing VPN connections for remote access and site-to-site connectivity.
- Support basic VPN configurations and troubleshooting for various endpoints and platforms.
- Learn to monitor VPN performance and implement improvements as needed.
2. Firewall Administration
- Support firewall rule management and policy configurations to ensure network security.
- Assist in monitoring firewall traffic and analyzing logs for security incidents.
- Learn to implement and enforce basic firewall security best practices.
3. Interoffice and Internet Connectivity
- Assist in managing interoffice connectivity solutions such as MPLS, SD-WAN, or leased lines.
- Support basic internet connectivity configurations and troubleshooting.
- Learn to optimize network routing and bandwidth utilization.
4. Documentation and Reporting
- Contribute to maintaining comprehensive documentation for network security configurations and procedures.
- Assist in generating basic reports on network performance, security incidents, and connectivity status.
5. Collaboration and Support
- Work closely with other IT team members to resolve technical issues and support ongoing projects.
- Seek guidance and training from senior staff members as needed.
- Participate in basic on-call rotation for after-hours support and emergencies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of VPN technologies and protocols.
- Familiarity with firewall rule management and network traffic analysis.
- Some exposure to interoffice and internet connectivity solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
