<p>I. About the Youth, Technology, and Jobs (YTJ) Project</p>
<p>The Government of Jordan (GoJ) has received financing from the World Bank to implement the Youth, Technology, and Jobs (YTJ) Project, which became effective in April 2020 and will continue until February 2027. The YTJ Project aims to improve digitally enabled income opportunities and expand digitized government services in Jordan. The Ministry of Digital Economy & Entrepreneurship (MoDEE) is the implementing agency of the YTJ Project.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>The project components are:</p>
<p>Component 1 – Support the Supply of Digital Skills in Jordan</p>
<p>Sub-component 1.1: Support private sector-led digital skills development. Support the establishment of the National Skills Council for Information and Communication Technology (NSC-ICT), as an independent (financially and administratively) legal entity, with a majority private sector board membership and representation from key public sector stakeholders.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Sub-component 1.2: Enhance digital skills competencies for public school students. Introduce quality technology courses in public classrooms (G7–12).</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Sub-component 1.3: Establish working spaces in underserved communities through Tech Hubs. Support upgrading and equipping three to five technology hubs (Tech Hubs).</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Component 2 – Support the Expansion of the Digital Sector and Digital Government Services in Jordan</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Sub-component 2.1: Support the expansion of and access to markets for digital firms and digital platforms. Provide incentive packages to support the growth plans of digital firms in underserved communities to help build and scale their activities and generate local job opportunities. Provide access to income opportunities in various tech and non-tech economic activities for individuals in the gig economy.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Sub-component 2.2: Support digital transformation of service delivery to citizens and businesses. Support activities designed to improve access to and quality of selected e-government services, in addition to improving service quality and cost efficiency.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Sub-component 2.3: Support digitization of payments. Support the government's commitment to advance the penetration of digital payments in Jordan by supporting e-payments for all applicable government services.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Component 3 – Project Management and Implementation Support</p>
<p>MoDEE will establish a Project Management Unit (PMU) within the Ministry, which will include focal points from the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Education. The PMU will have the overall fiduciary responsibility for the project and the implementation of its activities.</p>
<p>Under Sub-component 2.2, MoDEE/YTJ is seeking to hire a Business Analyst to support the Ministry's digital transformation efforts.</p>

<p>II. Roles and Responsibilities of the Business Analyst</p>
<p>• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements;</p>
<p>• Communicate business requirements to all stakeholders in an accurate and effective manner;</p>
<p>• Prepare formal business requirements documentation;</p>
<p>• Assist in identifying the business requirements and needs of various government entities;</p>
<p>• Analyze the as-is status and recommend the to-be status;</p>
<p>• Develop business cases and business models;</p>
<p>• Develop functional specifications for solutions and prepare procurement documents, including Terms of Reference (TORs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs);</p>
<p>• Prepare presentations for digital transformation plans and projects;</p>
<p>• Follow up on contracts and provide the required support to contractors;</p>
<p>• Perform any additional tasks as requested.</p>

<p>III. Eligibility and Minimum Qualifications</p>
<p>• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience;</p>

<p >INTERSOS is an Italian humanitarian organization that works all over the world bringing assistance to people in danger, including victims of natural disasters and armed conflicts. We intervene to effectively meet the needs of people in crisis, with particular attention to vulnerable groups, women and children. We provide primary assistance in terms of food, shelter, medical assistance and basic goods, while also ensuring that basic needs, education, safe water and health needs are met during the recovery phase.</p>
<p >Since 2012, INTERSOS has had operations in the Middle East to contribute towards ensuring emergency relief and social protection assistance for Syrian refugees fleeing their home in search of safety, with special focus on most vulnerable groups (children, women, elderly and persons with special needs).</p>

<p ><strong >Purpose/objective of the position:</strong></p>
<p >Under the supervision of the Case Workers Team Leader and with technical support from the Protection Coordinator, Case Worker will be responsible to identify and assess cases in need of individual support. The Case Worker will act according to the guiding principles of GBV and Child Protection case management and will ensure a non-discriminatory approach, act according to the best interests of the child, ensure accountability, respect professional boundaries, and avoid conflicts of interest.</p>
<p ><strong >Generic Duties:</strong></p>
<ul >
<li >Conduct intake interviews with individuals identified by the team during outreach work or referred by other agencies, and open a case if vulnerability criteria are met; </li>
<li >Perform service mapping assessments; </li>
<li >Conduct initial (rapid) assessments for individual cases and prioritize them according to risk level, including psychosocial assessments of vulnerable cases that take into account environmental, emotional, behavioral, and social factors as well as resources and strengths that impact the individual well- being;</li>
<li >Conduct home visits to assess beneficiaries’ living conditions when necessary;</li>
<li >Develop a tailored case plan with the client, based on needs identified during the assessment;</li>
<li >Refer beneficiaries to appropriate services and when necessary, accompany them to different service providers;</li>
<li >Provide continuous basic emotional support and counselling through regular follow-up meetings, establishing a relationship built on trust respecting confidentiality protocols;</li>
<li >Document cases on the internal case management platform and ensure that any progress on action plan and any significant change in client’s psychosocial well-being and overall situation is timely and duly recorded;</li>
<li >Ensure proper and safe filing and archiving of case management files to maintain data confidentiality’;</li>
<li >Discharge cases when objectives in the case plan are met and no further needs are identified;</li>
<li >Join in the awareness raising activities in coordination with social workers, when it is necessary to identify and respond to cases immediately;</li>
<li >Carry out all tasks in line with the existing SoPs, and respecting key protection principles, including but not limited to: do no harm, non-discrimination, confidentiality, accountability and need-to-know principles;</li>
<li >Participate in internal case management meetings and bring to immediate attention any case of special/emergency needs to the Case Worker Team Leader;</li>
<li >Ensure good relationships and coordination with the main service providers in the area of intervention to improve identification of persons with specific needs for prompt referral, follow up and information sharing;</li>
<li >Manage the hotline according to the internal procedures and under the supervision of the Case Workers Team Leader;</li>
<li >Ensure the provision of emergency cash assistance for the most vulnerable clients, according to the needs of the clients, the agreed criteria and the internal procedures and under the supervision of the Case Workers Team Leader;</li>

<p>As the W Insider Concierge, you are the face of the city’s hottest happenings — the in-the-moment connector who turns “Where should I go?” into “That was the best night of my life.” Stationed at the Whatever/Whenever Desk, you handle real-time guest needs, from booking last-minute tables at the most exclusive restaurants to securing VIP event access and arranging seamless transportation. You thrive on the energy of direct guest interaction, creating stories guests will retell long after they’ve checked out.</p>
<h4>Core work activities</h4>
<p><strong>Guest experience & service delivery</strong><br>
Engage actively with guests to build rapport and deliver thoughtful, elevated, and meaningful guest interactions. Greet and assist guests in the lobby as needed, offering directions, insights, and support. Respond to inquiries about property amenities, attractions, and events.</p>
<p><strong>Local expertise & partnerships</strong><br>
Maintain a curated database of local vendors, contacts, and partners. Stay ahead of city events, seasonal activities, and new openings to be able to provide customized recommendations to guests. Share maps, brochures, and custom recommendations. Manage vendor relationships to secure exclusive guest access. Liaise with external providers to confirm bookings and arrangements. Verify special requests are delivered exactly as promised when working with external providers.</p>
<p><strong>Continuous improvement</strong><br>
Log guest requests, feedback, and special notes for seamless team handovers. Follow up during the stay to confirm satisfaction and address evolving needs. Support with pre-arrival, amenity planning as needed.</p>
<p><strong>Brand representation</strong><br>
Keep a bold, stylish presence at the desk that reflects the brand vibe. Deliver “Whatever/Whenever” service with confidence and flair. Protect guest privacy and handle information with discretion.</p>
<h4>Minimum requirements</h4>
<p>High school diploma or GED and 2 years’ experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area, OR a degree from an accredited university; no work experience required. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 20 pounds without assistance.</p>
