<p><strong>Security agent</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Responsible for all guests and colleagues within their line of sight, which includes the car park</li>
<li>Patrol their designated area only</li>
<li>Be alert for fire hazards and unsafe work practices and unsafe conditions</li>
<li>Be able to act according to all emergency response plans</li>

<li>Report for duty at least 15 minutes prior to shift starting time</li>

<p>An assistant chief steward trains, supports, and motivates the back of house team to deliver an excellent guest and member experience while managing cleaning schedules, moving and storing necessary equipment, and observing safety guidelines.</p>
<p>As an assistant chief steward, you are responsible for training, supporting, and motivating the back of house team to deliver an excellent guest and member experience. A chief steward will also be required to manage cleaning schedules, observe COSHH and Hilton Hotel Health and Safety Manual guidelines, and ensure that machinery is operated properly, efficiently, and is moved, stored, and available when needed.</p>

<p>The UN Secretary-General launched on 1 January 2019 a bold and new global reform which repositioned the UN Development System to deliver more effectively and efficiently the achievement of the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals. As part of this reform, UN Resident Coordinator Offices (UN RCO), under the leadership of an empowered and independent UN Resident Coordinator, support countries in the achievement of their development priorities and the attainment of the SDGs. The position is located in the United Nations Resident Coordination Office (RCO) in Amman, Jordan. Under the direct supervision of the Head of Office and guidance of the RC and in full confidentiality, the Executive Assistant ensures effective and efficient functioning of the RC Front-Office, overall management of the RC's schedule and logistical requirements, maintenance of protocol procedures, management of information flow, and follow-up on deadlines and commitments made. Responsibilities Within delegated authority, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for the following duties:</p><p>1. To report anything which could be classed as a health and safety hazard.<br>
Assist in on job training of new house attendants as and when required.<br>
To attend training courses given by housekeeping and human resources.<br>
To comply with any reasonable request by the supervisor and hotel management.</p>

<li>Competency in verbal English essential.</li>
<li>Previous experience in hotel housekeeping department desirable.</li>
<li>Previous experience in customer service desirable.</li>
<li>Previous experience in 5 star property desirable.</li>
<li>Dynamic, energetic and thrives under pressure.</li>
</ul>

<li>Experience is an asset.</li>
<li>Prior experience working with Opera or a related system.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.</li>

<p>Ensure the highest levels of guest service through the application of all Fairmont standard operating policies.<br>
To make sure all soiled linen is regularly emptied from the pantry and returned to the linen room.<br>
To stock up all pantries with clean linen according to par-stock.<br>
To assist the linen room as required with daily tasks.<br>
To report immediately any lost and found article(s) to the Royal Service office.<br>
To report any equipment which is malfunctioning.<br>
To be responsible to sign for assigned key, pager, work paper and return by end of shift.<br>
To vacuum all corridors and staircases as assigned by section.<br>
To bring any guest supplies weekly to pantries according to weekly order list.<br>
To note all guest requests received via Royal Service office / supervisors and carry out exactly all requests.<br>
To move furniture from time to time.<br>
