<p>Support the HR Manager in managing day-to-day Human Resources operations and ensuring smooth delivery of HR services. Coordinate recruitment, selection, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes. Support employee relations matters, addressing employee queries and assisting with workplace concerns in a professional and confidential manner. Assist with performance management, probation reviews, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives. Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, attendance records, and departmental reports. Support the implementation and consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and company standards. Coordinate employee training and development activities in collaboration with department leaders. Assist with payroll preparation, leave administration, benefits, and other employee-related processes as required. Ensure HR practices and procedures are aligned with applicable local labor laws and regulatory requirements. Monitor HR deadlines and ensure required documentation and processes are completed accurately and on time. Prepare HR reports, trackers, presentations, and workforce analytics for management. Deputize for the HR Manager when required and support the overall effectiveness of the HR function.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Previous experience as an Assistant HR Manager, or a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Senior HR Supervisor/Senior HR Officer who is ready to progress to the next managerial level. Previous Human Resources experience within the hotel or hospitality industry is required. Strong practical knowledge of hotel HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement. Strong knowledge and practical understanding of applicable local labor laws and employment regulations. Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience using HRIS or other HR management systems is an advantage. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced hotel environment. Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.</p>
