<p>The designee shall be qualified to maintain, modify, and repair electrical power generating and control systems, automatic transfer switches, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC) systems, and associated equipment. <p>The designee shall maintain systems such as, but not limited to Cummins generator series DGDK, DSGAB, DGBB, C15D6, C35D6, 125D6D, MEPP series 1050, 1070A, PP-3106A and utilize Cummins InPower software for diagnostics. <p><h4>Description</h4>
<p>Execute the product roadmap by leading the development of new products and services. This includes:</p>
<ul>
<li>Designing comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and implementing the necessary UI/UX to effectively communicate ideas to relevant stakeholders.</li>
<li>Identifying and documenting technical and business requirements and translating them into clear deliverables for the technical development teams.</li>
<li>Managing performance analysis, issue troubleshooting, and executing continuous improvement initiatives.</li>
<li>Assisting the Quality Assurance (QA) team in preparing and executing proper test cases to ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs.</li>
<li>Participating in and supporting the implementation of various product development projects within the department.</li>

<h4>Responsibilities</h4>
<ul>
<li>Conduct market research, examining new trends and technologies to suggest innovative ideas, as well as forecast analysis, collecting data about market segments preferences, demands, and penetration strategies.</li>
<li>Research and analyze competitors’ products, services, and offers to understand Zain cash’s position related to the business marketing segment.</li>
<li>Translate feedback into functional requirements by gathering customer feedback and requirements in the business marketing segment from customer care (operation), sales departments, as well as other external sources, and subsequently utilize customer feedback in improving products and service levels to ensure customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Identify the technical requirements for each current or new product and ensure that product initiatives provide added value to the business.</li>
<li>Prepare concepts for new products, services, and initiatives, which include a description of their characteristics and requirements, and subsequently translate the product features to technical terms and communicate them to concerned parties and related systems and applications such as Mobile App, Core system, CRM, to guarantee functionality and seamless delivery of services.</li>
<li>Support UAT and testing process by participating in designing testing scenarios, performing tests, and troubleshooting for existing and newly developed products including pre-launch testing to guarantee product technical functionality, and monitor product performance throughout the product life cycle.</li>
<li>Participate in preparing financial business models for new products which include the analysis of financial aspects such as breakeven points, expected revenue, marketing costs, and others.</li>
<li>Ensure project compliance with legal and regulatory terms and regulations during project development and project life cycle with coordination with concerned parties.</li>
<li>Provide sales and customer care with support, training, and direction in matters regarding Mobile Money products.</li>
<li>Monitor the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and develop periodic reports which include KPI results, gap analysis for targets and results, etc.</li>
<li>Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct manager.</li>

<h4>Requirements</h4>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field.</li>
<li>4-5 years of experience in product management with a focus on card products, preferably within fintech or banking sectors.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of card payment ecosystems, including networks and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Proven experience in product lifecycle management, market analysis, and developing go-to-market strategies.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li>
<li>Professional certifications in Agile and Scrum methodologies are preferred, such as:

<h4>About the role</h4>
<p>The Electrician at Four Seasons is responsible for the safe operation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of all electrical systems within the hotel. This role supports uninterrupted luxury guest experiences by ensuring all electrical equipment, lighting, power distribution, and life-safety systems operate at the highest standards of reliability, safety, and compliance.</p>
<h4>What you will do</h4>
<li>Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures</li>
<li>Maintain lighting systems, panels, wiring, outlets, transformers, motors, and control systems</li>
<li>Respond promptly to maintenance requests through hotel centralized maintenance management system (HotSOS)</li>
<li>Support preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and failures</li>
<li>Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards</li>
<li>Maintain fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, and backup power systems (Generators/UPS)</li>
<li>Follow strict lockout/tag out and energy isolation procedures</li>
<li>Report hazards, unsafe conditions, or equipment defects immediately</li>
<li>Perform electrical work in guest areas discreetly and professionally</li>
<li>Assist during renovations, upgrades, and new installations</li>
<li>Support and follow energy conservation initiatives, monitoring electrical consumption and identifying efficiency improvement opportunities</li>

<h4>What you bring</h4>
<li>Technical diploma, or vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Maintenance, or a related technical field</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, preferably within luxury hotels, resorts, facilities management, or high-end residential environments</li>

<p>EPP III, Generator (3 - 150KW) and HVAC Technician Jordan Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, and services on all types of military and commercial generators and HVAC systems used by the U.S. Army to include the 150kW EPP III generators.</p><p>MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT</p><p>As a Generator and HVAC Mechanic, the work you ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of the Worldwide Field Support contract for the U.S. Army. You ll play a crucial role in providing on-site technical and maintenance assistance, analyzing complex technical problems, and providing training to site operations and maintenance personnel.</p><p>Perform maintenance and sustainment support on 3kW to 150kW, 500 0hz generators involving installation and removal of generators from fixed and mobile locations, troubleshoots and repair alternating current (AC) systems, direct current (DC) systems, electronic control systems and other program logic controls, electrical wiring and accessories. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, Chillers, and Environmental Control Units some are standalone units and others are mounted on trailers and vehicles. Maintain all types of commercial power generation equipment; military spec generators and Uninterrupted Power Systems (UPS). Operate a Load bank during testing Fabricate wire harnesses and solder terminals. Some work will be in a generator shop environment, and some work will be in a field environment. Other duties as assigned.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>High School diploma</li><li>Extensive diesel generator experience.</li><li>Knowledge of generator parallel systems and switch gear.</li><li>Experience with brazing copper tubing and evacuating and recharging refrigerant.</li><li>Obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance</li><li>US passport must not expire for at least 2 years, valid US driver’s license, and an international driver’s permit (AAA)</li></ul>
